I ounce Dry Gin
1 ounce Apple Brandy or good Applejack
1/2 teaspoon Absinthe
1/2 teaspoon Grenadine

Pour into a shaker over cracked ice and stir, not shake.
Strain into a three ounce cocktail glass

No dressing needed but feel free to experiment.
