On today's episode, Jana and Reata share their favorite tangible takeaways from the episodes they've recorded in 2024. Revisiting topics from the heart series, Reata shares her personal revelations uncovered from the Jealousy and Envy episode. She divulges her deeper understanding of knowing "truth in the innermost being". Furthermore, she explains how God already knows what is in us, but he wants us to know what is in our hearts, thoughts and desires, because they are paramount in our spiritual journey.

Jana reveals that her biggest takeaways from this year include: "what's in your hand", the fruits of the spirt and prayer. Elaborating on how Reata's inspiring stories helped transform her mindset on asking for help and leaning on other's gifts to achieve aspirations. Additionally, she raises the idea of prayer as a superpower and how she now utilizes the fruits of the spirit to combat unholy thoughts/feelings and to assess her walk/connection with Christ.

Reata shares her spiritual transformation by delving into her abusive childhood, and how God completely healed her from the hurtful experiences of her past. Jana ties in her final takeaway, the lies of the enemy, by touching on the power of our words and how the enemy can warp our minds/thoughts by using the words others speak over us.
