Chemtrail Spraying Jet Pilot Dr William - Bill Deagle 2006 Interview During a speech in 2006, Dr. William Deagle spoke about chemtrails. He said that chemtrails contained barium salts, mycobacteria, viruses, Pseudomonas bacteria and human plasma.
