Week five exercise four Moving Meditation

Begin by warming up with Ball Toss 1.1-4 and Coordination/Flow 2.1-3. A warm up followed by introducing a new exercise and closing with journal responses and discussion is the intended flow of the class. Approximately 10-15 minutes for the warm up, 20-30 minutes for the new exercise to be introduced and the final 10-15 minutes for journalling with prompts and class discussion. Allowing time for discussion develops the camaraderie necessary for this practice to have meaning.
I may post the testimonials I received from participants on YouTube in the future, but for now you can see them at www.learntoage.org.

Exercise 4, Moving Meditation was developed to benefit body- flexibility and strength, mind- repeating movement in four different directions, and soul-receptive, open handed postures. Comment below if you have questions or suggestions.
