10 Min "Get Balanced" Workout #3: Bear Plank, Pec Raise, Chops

Hello Team! 3rd "Get Balanced" workout is ready to make you wibble, wobble, but with practice you'll get stable. Like all our videos it's 10 minutes long and this one focuses on core stabilization , injury prevention and and muscle development.

We have 3 rounds of Bear Planks, Pec Raises, and Chops each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second balance finisher! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 2 dumbbells (5-15+ lbs.).
