From deep drawing cups to transforming them into tubes right after the first 5.56 transfer press—the journey begins here! 🏭 These tubes then go through washing, body annealing, and pickling. Next, they pass through an inspection machine before entering another transfer press that forms the shoulder, flash hole, primer pocket, and headstamp. Then it’s off to four high-speed trimmers to cut the extraction groove and set the overall length. Finally, polishing, more QC, and neck annealing to meet 5.56 NATO specs! 🎯
