Give your connectedness an expression

Many people always talk about being connected to the universe, being in love, having woken up or living a conscious life.

I implore them to do some soul-searching to check whether this is really the case or whether it is just wishful thinking.

Let the words of this wonderful person melt on your tongue very slowly and then ask yourself how connected you really are and by which phenomena this becomes apparent.

Many people may confuse connectedness with self-discovery. Anyone who has found themselves, i.e. has UNfolded themselves, is one step further, no question, because they have connected with themselves.

However, my dear friends, this is not yet connectedness, but merely the basic prerequisite for ever being able to establish a connection!
