In todays video, I am making my third attempt at creating a food release chefs knife. I used stainless AEB-L steel, cut out by “Water Jet Knives” and heat treated by “Peter Heat Treat”. I am having a lot of fun with these asymmetrical grinds, and hope you enjoy watching as I experiment with this awesome craft in an effort to make each piece better than the last.
If you are interested in this knife or any other available work, be sure to sign up for my email newsletter for knife drops, and weekly bladesmithing tips.
Thanks so much for watching.
