This is a LP full of songs that I recorded in 2018 and 2019 during my lukewarm days. I loved music, particularly hip hop and rock. Growing up as a kid and teenager I would listen to rappers like Eminem, 2Pac, SPM, B.o.B and Pimp C just to name a few. I always knew of God and Jesus due to my grandma teaching me about Christianity as a kid. She passed and I talk about her in my song “Happy Memories”. But I never looked deep into it. Until, I got saved in 2018 but never really took it seriously. I would dabble in sin while saying I followed God thinking it was okay. I loved hip hop but my love for God was growing more and more due to me reading the Bible and praying more during the end of 2018. During 2018 my songs Prodigy, Wack MC Murdera, Rest, Happy Memories, Shakespeare, Keep It Real and Bring It Back were recorded. I was 18 during the time. Early 2019 I recorded Insomnia and Common Sense. I realized my faith wanted to spill into my songs and writing process. I never really put anything out officially because I wasn’t fulfilled with the “album” I was trying to make. I had writers block the rest of all 2019 because I felt guilty if I wrote something with cuss words or not praising God and his Son Yahshua. The end of 2019 I wrote and recorded “The Word”, my first Christian rap song. 2020 hits and I had no urges to write songs with cuss words or songs without praising Jesus. Praise God for that. Halleluyah! Now it’s 2024 and my faith is stronger than ever! I still fall short. I still struggled with certain things throughout 2021 - 2023 that will be explored in my new songs I have ready to go! Soon. God willing I can help people with my testimony through my music and spread the gospel through my music as well! This LP is just something I’m putting out for free while I get things situated.
