RECAP: EVESHAM, NEW JERSEY — Voters Endure 5+ Hour Waits in Record-Breaking Line

OMG covered one of the longest voting lines in New Jersey, stretching half a mile with voters reporting wait times ranging from 2 to 6 hours. Despite the excessive wait, voters were not deterred and remained determined to cast their ballots.

The line, which snaked around the block, featured a mix of people from all walks of life, many sharing that this was the longest line they’d ever seen in the area. To pass the time, many brought chairs to sit while waiting, and several were on the lookout for food.
