I flex daily to sort of make my mark as a weight loser and “keeper off’er” of weight. It started years ago when I first lost a lot of weight just by eating less. Then over the years lifting weights came in but moderately. It has kept the weight off but I’m still not satisfied, which is the whole point, stay unsatisfied.
