More than a year after a fire destroyed a popular Kokomo restaurant, the owner of PASTAriffic fulfilled his promise to re-open at a "grand re-opening" celebration over the weekend. The business was destroyed by a fire in March 2017. Heavy winds that day made the fire spread more quickly than normal and it took firefighters nearly three hours to get the flames out.
