You can never completely eliminate negative thoughts and emotions, so learn to transmute them instead.

Life is not always sunshine and rainbows, there are going to be days when things are not working out in your favor.

And even if you do your best to not stay triggered or get consumed by negativity you will still experience some negative emotions on the inside.

These emotions are there for a reason, instead of trying to eliminate them...transmute them..

These emotions that you experience vibrate at a certain frequency that correlates to a certain vibrational state, which is basically energy.

EMOTION IS JUST ENERGY IN MOTION.

As you know, "Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, it can only be transferred from one state to another".

Similarly, the negative emotions you experience are just reactions from your external environment and this energy cannot be eliminated but can be transmuted into something positive or productive.

It's like the male peacock, that eats snakes and transmutes the poison from the snakes to develop beautiful feathers.

Similarly, you have the power to transmute these negative emotions into something creative, productive, and positive.

All you have to do is first detach from the negative intensity of emotions that you are feeling. This can be done only if you healthily express your emotions.

Once you healthily express your emotions, you create space in your mind and this allows you to detach from the negativity and stop putting it in the spotlight.

From here you can let go of these negative emotions and focus more on the positive emotions.

Where attention goes energy flows.....

Hence, if you are constantly focusing on the positive and not giving any room for negativity to consume your mind, then you can stay in state and transmute these negative emotions whenever you feel like they are consuming you.

Use the pain, hate, and trauma as fuel to get out of any situation you're in. As when you hit rock bottom, the only way you can go is up; so use that to propel you out of the hole you're in.

We have no control over external circumstances but we do have complete control over how we react to it.

Your attention is valuable.

Your emotional reaction is valuable and it determines your external reality.
