These are the shocking moments two armed robbers armed with a handgun, axe and knives to rob a newsagent and a post office of just £1,094. The pair wearing Halloween masks held up the terrified shopkeepers in just three days last September. CCTV showed the dangerous duo charge into a newsagent in Northfleet, Kent, waving knives in the air during their first attack on September 16 where they demanded cash from the till and when handed £200 ran out the shop. Three days later Anthony Sweetman, 33 and Ben Medhurst, 41, struck again when they burst into a post office in Hartley, Kent, armed with a small handgun and an axe. CCTV showed the men threatening to shoot the shop workers with one of them leaning over the counter pointing a handgun at a woman while the other holds a plastic JD Sports bag open at the ready, both wearing grey hooded tracksuits and fluorescent gloves.
