Apparently, I guess it went over my head when I found out the PAL Version of the FFNY On PS2 has an uncapped framerate a year ago so it can go 60fps all the way to 10fps. the NTSC-US Caps the framerate to 40 and ties Game Speed to Framerate, the PAL Version doesn't. It bothers me because I had to revisit this version to see it again.
