Ubisoft Confirms DEI Killed Assassin's Creed Shadows But Won't Stop!

Ubisoft realizes that their push for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in their franchises is incredibly poisonous, but thanks to Assassin's Creed boss Marc-Alexis Cote, we found out they don't care.

At a BAFTA event where Cote was speaking about said DEI practices, he noted how there is a considerable backlash to how they have handled Assassin's Creed Shadows. But instead of taking those extra months afforded to them by delaying the project until February, he is deciding to double down on the policies and attack critics who are warning them this is a bad move.
