"I will wait until after the holidays" is a common phrase we tell ourselves when it comes to addressing our health or weight loss goals. In reality, we are delaying results and even making our issues worse or digging a deeper hole we have to climb out of come January...which often becomes February!!
The "Holidays" are 4-5 days, not 1/4 of the year. If you do it right, and pay attention to your fitness and nutrition during these times, you can enjoy the holidays "guilt free", reach your fitness goals and create some great momentum for after the new years.
