The Indiana Fever introduced Stephanie White as their new head coach on Monday, marking the beginning of her new role with the team.

White joins the Fever after two seasons with the Connecticut Sun, replacing Christy Sides, who was fired on October 27th.

The Fever are confident that White's knowledge and success, highlighted by her new Coach of the Year award, will help the team improve.

Among those supporting White were WNBA ultimate phenom Kaitlyn Clark, her colleague Aliyah Boston and Lexi Foundation.

The trio posed for photos with White at the event, expressing their support for the new coach and their excitement for what's to come.

Clark, in particular, was not hesitant when it came to changing the lead.

She spoke to reporters about White's strong reputation in Indiana and praised her accomplishments in the state.

"We know how much of a legend she is in Indiana," Clark said, via ESPN's Michael Vaupel.

" Clark also pointed out White's fundamental skills and spoke about her experience playing against White's teams in the past.

"I felt like their teams always had the best scouts against us," she said, highlighting White's deep knowledge of the game and sharp analytical skills.

Clarke is confident this vital knowledge will help the Fever overcome challenges on the pitch.

Though White now leads the team, the side's contributions cannot be overlooked.

During her residency, she led the Fever to some of their most memorable end-of-season performances since 2016, laying the foundation on which White can now build.

Under White's leadership, Clarke and partners are ready to embrace what's to come as they plan to reach new levels together.
