Ingredients:
200 gms Milk Chocolate Compound
200 gms Dark Chocolate Compound
40 ml Whisky/Scotch/Rum
Heart-shaped chocolate mold

Method:
Break the chocolate slab into tiny pieces.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
Spoon the melted chocolate into a silicone chocolate mold, tapping to remove air bubbles.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Repeat the process for different shapes.
In a small bowl, mix melted chocolate with whisky until creamy.
Keep it warm in a hot water container.
Fill 3/4 of the mold with the whisky chocolate mixture.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Fill the remaining space with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
Unmold and enjoy your irresistible liquor chocolates!
