Strategist, coach, author, teacher, Carl Massy, helps people find an easier path when it comes to navigating physical and mental health. In this interview we’re going to focus on his knowledge of how to navigate relationships, especially the complex ones, in this day and age, upside down, clown world.

About Carl:

MY STORY
I have this condition where I don’t like seeing people do life HARDER than it needs to be. It causes words to come to my mouth like: “Stop!!” or “Want to know an easier way?”

Having coached 100s of people over the last 16 plus years, and written about physical and mental health for 20 years, I have observed 1000s of times where people make 'bad’ choices – unnecessarily. So in my 6th book I got very vocal, specific, and as clear as possible, about where I see 18 of the biggest ‘making life WAY harder’ mistakes being made. One ‘mistake’ might be okay. But 4-5 mistakes stacked up and life stops being fun or easeful. 

I consider myself a life ‘strategist’ having been an Australian Army Major and a Consultant to Olympic Games for several years, plus coaching for the last 16 years. I just LOVE to figure sh#t out. Like how to get the most out of X, for the least amount of energy, and with the most fun and growth along the way.
