Today on day 268 of my sobriety, I listened to Bogoroditse Devo by Rachmaninov, beautifully performed by the Tenebrae Choir under Nigel Short's direction. After a fulfilling day of surfing and reflecting, this music allowed me to fully embrace the present moment, almost as if each note filled up the space in my mind. I don’t often feel pride in myself, but today, I feel grounded and content, which is a powerful experience. Ready to start a new week with training, surf, and more inspiring music!
