"My name is Michael Patterson, sir. Thank you for delivering me.”
Trooper Michael Patterson got a surprise of a lifetime when he pulled over Matthew Bailly, a retired police officer, for a "minor motor vehicle violation." While talking, Bailly told Patterson that he used to work in Piscataway, where Patterson is from, even disclosing that he delivered his first baby at a house in the area. Trooper Patterson realized that Bailly was the officer that delivered him as a baby 27 years ago.
