BBQ brisket on food truck menu at Second Saturday at Williams Park today

Eric Carlson, owner/operator of Rubbed and Pulled BBQ, pokes the right amount of seasoning into a brisket to make it juicy and tender. He plans to have brisket on the menu at the Second Saturday family event at Williams Park in St. Petersburg from 6 pm to 10 pm today. Marcina Williams is an organizer of Second Saturday.
