Spain cancels a Weapons Deal$ with Israel & then this happens in Spain. Coincidence? or a HAARP weather weapons attack?

2 days ago I posted that video of Rabbi Yosef Mizrachi saying anytime countries go against Israel, their god HASHEM retaliates and I made the suggestion HASHEM was really a Jewish controlled Weather Modification technology and now I see many on twitter making that connection.
