Rep. Biggs introduces bill barring federal funding to NGOs that advertise gov’t services to illegals

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says he has introduced a bill that bars federal funding to NGOs that use taxpayer dollars to advertise government services to illegal immigrants. Rep. Biggs says these billboards, spotted in Arizona and Texas, instruct illegal immigrants on how to obtain medical care, educational assistance, and other social welfare programs they are not entitled to.
