This is happening even after a ruling came this past Wednesday, October 30th, when Bucks County Judge Jeffrey Trauger ruled that the Board of Elections violated the state election code and ordered an extension through 5pm today, Friday, November 1st

The deadline is a three-day extension, granted in response to a lawsuit alleging that voters faced disenfranchisement when they were turned away by county application-processing offices that had closed

This is absolutely unacceptable that this is still happening, especially after the courts already had to intervene
