How To Het Started Using Butt Plugs - For Beginners

🍑 How do you get started using bųtt plugs?

👉🏻 Start S L O W! If you’ve never explored this part of your body, I recommend using a hand mirror and taking a look back there. Be curious and get to know your body. If this feels too intimidating, start with the lights low and work up to it.

👉🏻 Start by exploring the area around your bųtthole with your finger. When you’re ready to enter, use a condom on your finger and lots of lube.

😌 Breathe deeply and relax your butt and pelvic muscles.

🤏🏼 Go in a tiny bit and then pull out. And then go in a little more and come out. Keep doing that until it feels comfortable. Once you feel comfortable being in about an inch, breathe deeply and let your muscles relax.

😊 Now you’re ready to start with a small bųtt plug. Remember to use a condom on it and lots of lube. The condom is not a must, but I do think it’s better for cleanup and keeping toys clean in the long run.
