IT'S NOT TOO LATE!

IF YOU LIVE IN ALBERTA, LISTEN UP!

Your Alberta Bill of Rights is about to be tampered with... if you live in Alberta you need to insist that Daniel Smith and team do NOT implement changes that will weaken the Alberta Bill of Rights (provincial Bill).

The Premier is proposing the inclusion of a new section that may explicitly state that the provincial government can impose REASONABLE LIMITES ON RIGHTS. This is NOT a good thing.
Unfortunately in Ontario (where I live), we do not have a provincial Bill of Rights similar to Alberta's.

It's important to note that the Alberta Bill of Rights HAS been instrumental in protecting rights and freedoms in the province (specifically freedom of assembly and religion)... there are lots of cases to support this on Canlii (Canada's free legal database).

The proposed changes are well crafted.... quite genius actually... on one hand it appeals to logical thinking Canadians with proposals like: "The right for an individual with capacity not to be compelled or coerced into receiving a vaccine." However, the added fine print of "reasonable limits" on rights destroys the entire document. "Giveth with one hand, and taketh away with the other".

Reach out to your provincial members of parliament (in Alberta) and express your concerns. Stay tuned for a template you can share out.

Public awareness is our greatest weapon... freedom dies in the dark.

Disclaimer: This is not about support for any party or if Smith is doing a good job or not... this is about bringing awareness to a proposal that will hurt Alternans' in the long run. Whether one supports Smith or not (all good), awareness is key.
