Flapjack is a silly kitty. It seems like when he finds that someone is outside he'll start meowing to them from 2-3 blocks away. He eventually works his way over to you, then maybe you get to pet him a few times, and then he keeps moving along to seek out his next victim. For a ginger cat, he's quite pleasant -- if not a bit emotionally abusive, since he usually doesn't visit for very long.

Perhaps cat treats would change that...?
