As hard as it is to believe, UPS claims that their contract allows them to legally steal from their customers. They only correct mistakes that go in their favor. But if they can make more money on your mistakes, they will. They say that they have no responsibility to behave fairly. It's all on you to keep them honest. I asked UPS for help, got none, and then UPS shut off my shipping account and waited for my company to die. When it didn't they sued me and have since tried to crush and silence me. Perhaps Carol Tome' , the CEO of UPS is unaware of what happened to Linentablecloth.com.
