A true, David vs Goliath story. Part two of a direct appeal to the CEO of UPS. Linentablecloth.com was wildly overbilled by UPS for packages never even shipped (yes, UPS does this) and for packages with incorrect submitted dimensions. UPS refused to investigate the overbilling, then decided to keep the money Linentablecloth had overpaid, then shut off the shipping accounts and then sued for balance they were not entitled to. Having spent millions defending itself in court, the owner of Linentablecloth is now trying this case in the court of public opinion.
