Upgrade (almost) any Synology to 2.5 GBe (for 10-30€)

So, you'll need:
1xSynology that has USB 3 connector (supported models here: https://github.com/bb-qq/r8152/wiki/Compatibility)
1xRealtek USB 3.0 2.5GBe card (Amazon link, not an affiliate (aliexpress is way cheaper but i couldn't find the link): https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Ethernet-Adapter-Network-Gigabit-Internet-gray/dp/B09GBFZ9DZ
Drivers: https://github.com/bb-qq/r8152 (click on "latest") and download driver your Synology's CPU
To SSH from windows download PUTTY: https://putty.org/
* remember to turn off SSH when you finish!
** remember to disconnect 1GBe interface

Command to run after manual install fails:
sudo install -m 4755 -o root -D /var/packages/r8152/target/r8152/spk_su /opt/sbin/spk_su
