Raspberry and cream puffs​​​​​​​

Ingredients:
• Puff pastry - 1 pack
• Raspberries for decoration
• Cottage cheese - 200 grams
• Condensed milk - 1/3 of a package

1. Defrost the dough, cut into identical strips.
2. Connect two strips of dough from above, pull them down a little, twist them together and make a snail.
3. Grease the yolk of the snail and put it in the oven for 180 * for 25 minutes.
4. For the cream, mix cottage cheese and condensed milk.
5. Take out the puffs, let them cool for 5 minutes and distribute the cream over the puffs.
6. Decorate the top with raspberries and you can pour a little condensed milk.
