Ingredients:
1 LB ground/minced chicken - (use chicken thigh meat)
1 TBSP ginger paste
1 TBSP garlic paste
1 TBSP crushed coriander seeds
1 TBSP cumin powder
1/2 TSP Garam Masala
3 Spring onion/Scallion
1 Green Chili - finely chopped
1 tomato - diced
1 Egg
1/2 Cup corn flour - can be substituted by Gram flour
4 TBSP cooking/veg. oil for shallow frying kebabs
Bowl of cold water

Cooking Instructions:
In a bowl add everything except oil. Mix well, refrigerate for 10 minutes
Remove chicken mixture from fridge after 10 minutes
Heat non stick frying pan on medium high flame
Once pan is hot add cooking/veg. oil
Make large round patties of the chicken mixture - will yield 6 Chapli kebabs
As soon as oil starts smoking add chicken kebabs to the pan
Cook 3 at a time in 2 batches - 2 minutes per side
Once done, remove from frying pan and place on plate with paper towel
Transfer to serving dish & serve with cilantro-mint-yogurt chutney. Enjoy!
