Schooley Mitchell is the largest independent cost reduction consulting firm in North America, with offices from coast to coast in the United States and Canada.

When asked how potential franchisees should prepare for business ownership, George says, “You have to visualize yourself in the position of running the business. The franchisors are pretty upfront telling you what they are going to do and what you should expect.”

George also talks about Schooley Mitchell. “It offers you an opportunity to be successful. They have been around for over 30 years and have over 30,000 customers, and most of their experience is in reducing costs for businesses in all of their monthly expenses.

Scotty asks George if people are interested in becoming a business owner, should they take the leap and explore it and take the initiative to learn more about it? George says, “Yes, I absolutely would do that and it doesn’t make any difference whether you’re 30 years old or 50 years old. If you’ve got the desire to own your own business, franchise is probably one of the better ways to do it.”
