Wearing sunglasses all the time might actually harm your health. Sunglasses block essential sunlight that helps your body produce melanin for natural UV protection and melatonin for sleep and immune health. Regular safe sun exposure—especially in the early morning or late afternoon—can improve skin health, support your immune system, and slow aging. So, maybe take off those shades a little more often.
