Requital is a DEADLY enemy modifer. My character died to it a few times before figuring out how it worked. The ability of enemies to reflect damage is a big indirect nerf to any build that stacks because -- depending on the weapon used -- it constantly breaks the kill pace of players. Every time you're forced to pause and assess the situation, you lose crucial damage stacks. Assault rifles are most affected. LMGs and Rifles do great against Requital because they can fight better at long ranges. SMGs will kill you very quickly when used against Requital unless you close to short range. Likewise, Shotguns also need to be used short range.

Seasons 2.0 has made Sleipnir an INCREDIBLE weapon with higher damage and fast reload speeds.

Backfire seems interesting now. Changes to the weapon have halved the bleed damage and it stacks twice as fast. The video shows me using the weapon with a mere 50% bleed resistance.

Using Backfire with a 200 stack Striker build while keeping 130% Critical Hit Damage is probably overkill. Damage potential is extremely high, but probably will almost never be reached in ordinary Heroic gameplay. We'll test it further!
