Is it important to grow independent.
In developmental psychology, independence means independence from the care of other people and the readiness to decide one's own affairs. A lack of self-esteem causes anxiety and mental illness. Behavior is externally controlled; a person seeks the approval of others with all his actions and choices. A vague search for approval from the outside can never bring enough satisfaction if there is no internal self-esteem.
Independence, or sovereignty, means the same to the state, organization or government as the right to self-determination, when the other option is to be governed by something else. Now, in my opinion, the state decision-makers of different countries are immature and easy to manage and control from the outside with disastrous consequences.
An independent person is someone who is able to think and act for themselves, and is not controlled by others. Here are some characteristics of an independent person:
Self-sufficient: They can take care of themselves without outside help.
Self-confident: They have the strength to stand up for what they believe in.
Self-determined: They are able to make decisions on their own.
Self-reliant: They are not dependent on others for aid or support.
Free from party commitments: They do not belong to a political party.
An independent person does not mix things up and separate feelings and actions from each other
Before there can't be we before we have grown ourselves.
An independent person is able to separate feelings and actions through emotional independence:
Emotional independence is the ability to control and regulate one's own emotions without relying on others.
Independence is the ability to make decisions, act and live life in a way that reflects one's own values. It also includes taking responsibility for actions and taking care of life's affairs.
Some of the benefits of emotional independence include: avoiding hurt and pain, operating from a state of empathy for others, loving others unconditionally, and helping others cope with what they are going through.
An independent person separates feelings and actions and does not try to change others, because they understand that it is not possible and it can damage relationships...
