Big Bend National Park in Texas (The Loneliest Park in America)

We're hiking to the top of Emory Peak in Big Bend National park. Still camping at the Travelers rv park in Terlingua, Texas. We meet up with our friend Matt in the Chisos campground. Today, we're taking on the challenge of summiting the third tallest peak in Texas. The trail ahead is rugged, but the breathtaking views keep us motivated. As we reach the summit, a sense of accomplishment washes over us. The panoramic views from the top are nothing short of spectacular. After trekking down the mountain we head back to the campground and Kellie cooks chorizo tacos.
