ForwardDallas 2.0 - general public comment period

The process of getting a Land Use plan through the public approval ok is messy and long. This is a short view of City of Dallas and its adoption on September 25, 2024 of its Land Use plan. Note: plans can be referred to as "general plans" "strategic plans" and/or "comprehensive plans". Learn how this process can lead to having more conversations, especially in residential real estate as more cities, like Dallas, add "diverse housing types" to allow duplex, triplex, and fourplex use where single family homes as a use dominated.
