Calisthenics Leg Training & Tension
I've always enjoyed calisthenics legs day. No matter where I'm at I can get in a solid workout. But even if you're at or near the top there are still ways to achieve a better stimulus. In the Maxlading course way back when they would add tension on top of their bodyweight squats. If you look at enough pics of these dudes they developed some decent leg musculature. What about adding it to higher-difficulty leg movements?
