Triple R's Biggsy Just a Propagandist? Maybe so? And Some reasons Why.?

I have another one I'd like to make about Biggsy, but for now, a few issues Biggsy would and has maintained are the BS he so likes to call material I have put to him on his show over the years.
What is wrong with all that apartment development is it will destroy the amenity of neighbourhoods, and will also send a lot of businesses to the wall.
It has happened before and will happen again,because there seem to be no completion dates on any of these publicly-funded projects, so the workers just dawdle with little motivation to actually get things done. And there will not be much in the way of public housing eventuating-just rates windfalls for the councils and bucks for the developers, that's what.
