If You're Gonna Fry... Fry Everything

Hey Y'all
I never Deep Fry anything. Ever.
Veg Oil is TOXIC. It is industrial lubricant.

But, I was watching some YT and @TheBleuChannel video on frying chicken popped up... He has some amazing recipes!
As with so many of his recipes, I thought, "Damn that looks good!"
So off to the store I went to get some toxic sludge to try out this recipe! I did not want to use $50 worth of olive oil for one dinner.
(We have gotten 12 meals out of this batch of fried chicken...lol)
I will be buying some peanut oil for the next time this happens... Cause it will.
I quit frying things and using Veg Oil over 20 years ago. But this, I could not resist. LOL
OMG... This Chicken Was The Bomb!!!
Now, I like my chicken spicy, Super V likes nothing spicy so I kept it simple and didn't flame it up.
This was, hands down, the BEST Fried Chicken I have Ever made.
I didn't use Bleu Magic, I seasoned it up myself with some paprika, white pepper, black pepper, garlic, and onion powder after brining it in salt water for about 24 hours. No sugar. Just salt.
The technique was what made this awesome!
