Cheesecake without an oven

Today's recipe is for those who don't have or don't want to use an oven. Delicious cheesecake Very easy to make cheesecake for any occasion. For my version of cheesecake I used chopped dried apricots, but you can definitely replace them with raisins or dried cranberries.
