First of all, it was over 90 degrees here when I was filming, so I am sweating like crazy. Secondly, if you ask @Brent Sheets what the secret to his top sales people is, he will undoubtedly say proper and quick communications. I personally mess stuff up all the time, but since I am quick to talk to the customer, we can usually avoid an issue and we’re then able to move on to the let’s fix it stage.
