Commander-in-chief of the Russian Navy Admiral Aleksandr Moiseyev congratulated the sailors and the Navy officers.

The congratulation words were sent to the commands of the Pacific, Black Sea, and Baltic fleets, as well as Caspian Flotilla. It also was conveyed to the personnel of large and small formations, and crews of surface vessels.

The felicitation paper of the Navy Commander-in-Chief says that 'Servicemen of surface forces honourably deal with their assigned tasks. Crews of warships and support vessels demonstrate mastership and professionalism during combat training in off-shore and near maritime zones following traditions of the Navy'.

'The Surface Forces of the Russian Navy increase their potential by deploying mass construction of multi-role ships equipped with high-precision weapons and with top specifications. We won't stop to supply fleets with surface vehicles of off-shore and near maritime zone,' says Admiral Aleksandr Moiseyev in his congratulation words.

'The sailors demonstrate the St. Andrew's Cross far away from their ports. They do it as true masters and professionals. Warships and support vessels of the Russian Navy effectively operate at all latitudes during exercises of all levels including the international ones. Personnel of the Russian Navy surface forces can deal with everything. The Ocean 2024 CPX, the voyage of ship battle force led by the Frigate Admiral Gorshkov, and visiting Cuba as well as other states proved it. Also regular actions of Russian ships in the Arctic zone, Asia-Pacific region, and the Atlantic and Indian oceans should be mentioned,' said the Russian Navy Commander-in-Chief in his congratulations.

As the Russian Navy Commander-in-Chief stressed that 'the Navy High Command attaches particular attention to training for the surface component of the Navy. Today we possess one of the best systems of military education able to prepare all levels of personnel to service on ships of the last generation, taking into account the demands of modern naval battles'.
