Mental Illness and Demonic -Impression -Oppression -Possession

County Jails and State Penitentiaries become the catch all to serve as a mental hospitals.

I once was the Director of a Harbor Light, for a large international faith based organization in Portland Oregon.
We housed, as a halfway house for men coming out Multnomah County Jail and from Oregon State Penitentiary for me who are hard to house.
One man comes to mind. He spent 26 years for murdering a man with his bear hands.
In my, more than eight years of social work among the homeless.

I encountered many people who I considered to demonically impressed and others I considered oppressed and very few I considered to be demonically possessed.

I know these ideas are broad stroke and have many different physiological gaping holes; although I want to impress upon the reader that I am not trying describe these attributes in psychological terms but in spiritual terms.

Impressed, like children in their views on life as pranksters.
Oppressed, carry on a normal conversation for 15 or 20 minutes. Then outbursts, punctuated by curses at an unknown person.

Many times these are brought on by SRA or a failed mind control subject. In my humble opinion these mental issues were brought on by at home pedophilia by a older male in the family.

Possession, is when I had to call the real person back to the forefront.
A man I knew as James, a homeless man approached me.

He says to me. “You look to be in charge around here.”

“I’m Sargent Smith of the Portland Police Department and you should know of some of the suspicious activity going around your building.”

I said to him “Hey Sargent, I want to talk to James.”
He roused himself, and in the next moment I wast talking to Sargent any longer It was as if he was a shape shifter.
His demeanor changed, he spoke differently.
“Yeah, what do you want Brother.” A moniker given to me in that place.
I wasn’t surprised, by the change, but by the rapidly of the change.

A Multnomah County Health Nurse with which we had worked with for a couple of years, approached us to see if we could acquire his social security number to ascertain if he was a missing person.

We did find it through a convenient means and sure enough his family had been looking for several years.

His family sent an attorney but he failed to convince James to come home.

Another woman who had beautiful hand writing who called herself Elvira the Supreme Commander of the World. She gave herself the name.

Her family had been looking for her for her three years. She had been a professor at UCLA.
Some how, some way she got off her medication and she was gone.

And finally, a homeless woman who dropped by a small service for people who lived on the streets of Portland Oregon.

She had made herself to look like a skull that morning. Blackened eyes and mouth and paste while skin. No one came to the service. Usually there were as many as 40 people; just her. After trying to pray for her I felt completely drained.

Then there are others I have met since my service who are Loosh Vampires. Always asking for advice then they go out to do something that sabotage’s their goal.

Then they are back asking for advice about how to extricate from the self sabotage.

At some point an evaluation needs to be done about the efficacy of continuing a relationship.
