Wednesday Why – Not getting enough sleep?
Last Saturday night I wake up at 2:30 am and was wide awake.
I was not worried about anything, just felt antsy and reassess.
In the work I do I have studied a lot about sleep.
The Chinese clock has a time that organs are the most active.
2:30 am in when your Liver is detoxing.
Well, Saturday I ate a little too much chocolate and got bit by mosquitos.
It raised my Adrenalin, lowered by Pituitary (blood sugar), and my Liver had to much to detox and I woke me up.
A new thing we have learned is that some people detox more during the day & some detox more at night.
This will impact our sleep quality.
So, I can use my healing modality to balance you equally to detox during the day & night.
