Inside the 3500’s [O.E.M Mopar] Oil Filter – 10/28/2024

Following up on my previous video about my 2018 Ram 3500 (SRW), I cut up & examine the inside of the Mopar MO-339 engine oil filter to see if my 6.4 Hemi is up to any funny business. I used the proper oil filter cutting tool, so as to not create shavings with any other cutting method that could cause confusion as to whether it was from the engine or the cutting of the oil filter. This is my very first time using a tool like this & cutting into a spin-on engine oil filter. As I point out in the video, this is a cheap amazon tool that would probably not last too long if one did something like this every day for a living.
