What began as a chance meeting in Phoenix has led to a film uncovering harrowing realities in our own backyards. When asked about the inspiration for the project, James O'Keefe shared, “A ticket agent told me, ‘Follow the bus, O’Keefe.’ So I did, and it led to an NGO in Phoenix making hundreds of millions of dollars. I tweeted it, Elon Musk retweeted, and I thought, maybe I should follow these buses wherever they go.”

What followed was a journey that reveals the heartbreaking reality behind the immigration system, exposing trafficking, exploitation, and the little-known actors behind the scenes. “It’s not about left or right,” O’Keefe notes, “it inverts the narrative…people are being taken advantage of, literally trafficked. It makes you rethink the way the world is.”

Partnering with Neil Patel and the Tucker Carlson Network has brought the film into the spotlight. “This project is exactly what we want to do—tell the truth and tell important stories that the media should be covering but isn’t,” Patel adds. “It’s a real story of tragedy and graft, and James told it in a way that brings out the humanity at the center.”

This film, says O’Keefe, isn’t just a story—it’s an experience that moves viewers emotionally. In one scene, we witness the moment he follows a group of young girls alone in the desert, their faces showing the signs of trauma and fear. “It was surprising to me just how much people reacted to that one girl,” O’Keefe reflects. “It’s overwhelming to see a nine-year-old standing there, lost and broken. People don’t realize this is happening, but we have to keep showing them.”

From six months of post-production to over 1,200 hours of footage in seven languages, O’Keefe and his team spared no effort in creating a powerful piece that challenges viewers to face uncomfortable truths.
